Project Overview
We were appointed to carry out drainage repairs across a school site, working on both storm and foul systems to resolve defects and restore proper function.
Scope of Works
The system was assessed again on arrival, with CCTV camera used where required to confirm pipe condition ahead of repairs. Works were completed in line with the planned schedule, with some adjustments made following on-site findings.
Key Works Completed
- Replaced multiple gullies and associated pipework
- Installed patch and structural liners across storm and foul runs
- Excavated where required to gain access to pipework
- Carried out jetting, milling, and cleaning to clear blockages
- Reinstated all surfaces upon completion
Approach
A combination of excavation and trenchless repair methods was used to complete the works efficiently, minimising unnecessary disruption and maintaining programme timelines.
Working Environment
All works were completed during the school holidays, allowing the project to be delivered safely and without disruption to staff or students.
Outcome
The drainage systems were repaired and returned to full working order, with blockages removed and damaged sections replaced or lined. Additional issues identified during the works were noted for further attention, helping to avoid future problems.
