Last week, directors from across the Ventol Group came together for our annual Directors Day at The Belfry Hotel & Resort.

The event gave us the opportunity to step back from our day-to-day operations, reflect on our progress, share ideas and discuss the exciting opportunities ahead.

By working together, sharing knowledge and supporting one another, we continue to grow stronger both individually and as a group, while delivering the highest standards for our clients.

Alongside the strategy sessions, expert guest speakers and insightful discussions, the day also gave us valuable time to connect outside of the workplace, strengthen relationships and enjoy some friendly competition through our Ryder Cup-style event. With the weather on our side, it made for a fantastic day enjoyed by all.
